Tale as old as time!

Oracleがjavaの使用でGoogleを訴えた
裁判で、米国連邦巡回控訴裁判所は最近、
GoogleがOracleの数十億ドルの損害賠償を負う
と判決をだした。javaの利用者はgoogleの利用者が
多く、この成り行きを心配している。
あるサイトで次のような記述があった。
Tale as old as time! Just when we thought
this lawsuit won’t come back,
they surprised us with another round.

Tale as old as time!　というのは
美女と野獣Beauty and the Beastの主題曲のタイトル
「とても古い物語」と訳すらしい。
timeの使い方が気になり記した。
